GROUP MEETINGS
NOT Your Grandma's Grief Group

Where Real Talk Meets Real Healing
Looking for a grief group that won't make you play trust falls or sing Kumbaya? Welcome to the club no one wanted to join but everyone's glad they found.
What Makes Us Different?
We're not your typical "share your feelings in a circle while someone strums an acoustic guitar" support group. Here, you'll find:
-
Raw, unfiltered conversations about suicide loss (because sugar-coating tragedy is so 2010)
-
Permission to be exactly who you are (yes, even the ugly-crying-in-the-cereal-aisle you)
-
A community that gets it (because we've all been through the "what do I do now?" phase)
What to Expect
-
Real conversations that go beyond the standard "how are you feeling?" to "how are you REALLY feeling, and what's your preferred method of screaming into the void?"
-
A judgment-free zone where you can be honest about your grief journey (including the parts that would make your therapist raise an eyebrow)
-
Connection with people who actually understand what you're going through (no "I know exactly how you feel because my goldfish died" stories allowed)
Who This Group Is For
-
Suicide loss survivors who are tired of walking on eggshells around their grief
-
People who'd rather be real than proper
-
Individuals ready to transform their pain into purpose (or at least into something more bearable)
Who This Group Is NOT For
-
The faint of heart (we keep it real here)
-
People who think grief should be quiet and dignified (spoiler alert: it's not)
